One more year coming to an end, just 3 more days to go.Looking back provides the gains & losses at personal as well as professional front. Perhaps this is the right time to introspect & plan a things for future in an organised way avoiding the mistakes you'd done in the year passing by also in the past.It's wisely said"Forget The History But Not The Lessons You had Learned" Lot many things we might have gained or lost but we didn't notice it in the fast paced life.Also circumstances are quite compelling at times making you insensible.You learn the things with time and when you try to analyse it, you come to know the stark difference between reality and the ideality.
